Yes. HRflix supports multiple pay types — monthly, daily, hourly, and piece-rate. Each employee profile can have a different pay structure, and payroll handles them all in one run.

HRflix auto-calculates PF at 12% of Basic + DA for employees earning below the ₹15,000 threshold. You can configure voluntary PF contributions for employees above the threshold. ECR files are auto-generated monthly.

HRflix processes payroll transactionally — if any step fails, the entire run rolls back safely. You will receive an email with the exact error and can re-run after fixing it. No partial disbursements ever happen.

All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We take hourly snapshots and full daily backups, retained for 90 days. We are SOC 2 Type II certified.

Yes. We offer free data migration for all plans. Our onboarding team will extract, clean and import your employee records, leave balances and payroll history. Most migrations complete within 5 business days.
